Randall Oka - Co-Chair

Born and raised in Oakville, Ontario.  Randall attended the University of New Orleans on a golf scholarship and attained a B.Sc. in Finance.  He first came to Quebec as a McGill MBA student and returned in 2002 for business reasons.  For 18 years he was involved in the development of Intelerad Medical Systems as their President & CEO.  He retired in 2018 and is now looking to support local causes aligned with his values.

​Annie Grégoire - Co-Chair

Born in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu and raised in Lacolle, Quebec.  Annie became an Occupational Therapist through training at the University of Montreal.  After 13 successful years of being an OT in Quebec, New Brunswick and British Columbia, she returned to school for a MBA at HEC (University of Montreal).  After HEC, she managed projects at Intelerad for 4.5 years...before shifting to motherhood.  Through her professional career and personal upbringing, Annie would describe herself first and foremost as a "healthcare professional".  Through that lens, she is helping to shape the direction and the efforts of The Oka & Grégoire Foundation.
